Job Description
Candidate must reside in Michigan.
To join our team as a Regional Account Team Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of account managers to ensure exceptional client satisfaction, energy savings goal attainment, and overall success in managing key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive the success of customer relationships.

- Serve as a customer advocate within the program, ensuring proactive communication and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Standardize and implement a lead tracking report to monitor KPI’s and assess the performance of the account management team
- Analyze data and customer feedback to provide regular program management updates on the status of key accounts, highlighting achievements, areas of opportunity, and strategic plans For continuous improvement and growth
- Partner with program management and leadership to develop strategy and provide solutions that informs outreach, marketing, external training and education, and other key program activities which drive goal achievement
- 3 -5 yrs of experience in account management, with a track record of successful client retention and revenue growth.
- Prior experience leading a team and possess strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute effective account plans.
- Proven track record of creating successful customer engagement strategies and campaigns.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.
- Curiosity for the energy industry and a passion for driving changes in the way people use energy
- Ability to understand and effectively articulate technical concepts to various audiences
