The Delivery Source is a premium white-glove furniture logistics company serving interior designers, builders, hospitality clients, and homeowners throughout Northeast Florida. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing warehouse team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of hands-on warehouse work, furniture handling, receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and basic computer/data entry tasks in a fast-paced but team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming furniture shipments
• Inspect incoming items for visible damages or missing pieces
• Label and organize incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Assist with inventory updates and basic data entry
• Pull and stage furniture for upcoming deliveries and customer pickups
• Safely move furniture using pallet jacks, dollies, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment
• Assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Help maintain accurate inventory and warehouse locations
• Assist customers picking up items from the warehouse
• Work closely with warehouse team members to keep operations running smoothly
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and proper furniture handling techniques

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferred
• Forklift or order picker experience preferred
• Comfortable using computers for basic inventory updates and data entry
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Experience handling furniture or large, fragile items is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, move, push, or carry furniture and inventory throughout the workday
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, and reaching
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

Schedule

• Full-time position (30-40 hrs weekly)
• Monday–Friday
• Day shift hours
• No weekends required
• Additional overtime opportunities may occasionally be available

Pay & Benefits

• $17–$19 per hour depending on experience
• Weekly pay
