# Care Manager

Caring Senior Service of Fort Worth

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Salary: $30,000–$35,000 annually | Full-Time | Bi-Weekly Pay

Caring Senior Service of Fort Worth is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Care Manager to join our growing team.

As a Care Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating care, supporting caregivers, and ensuring the highest level of service for our clients.

## Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard compassionate caregivers.
  • Assist with caregiver orientation, training, and ongoing support.
  • Coordinate caregiver schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
  • Match caregivers with clients based on care needs, availability, and compatibility.
  • Support new client onboarding and assist with care coordination.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners.
  • Conduct supervisory and quality assurance visits as appropriate.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate client and caregiver documentation.
  • Work closely with the office leadership team to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Participate in on-call responsibilities, including occasional evenings and weekends.

## Qualifications

  • Experience in home care, senior care, healthcare, staffing, or case management preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience required.
  • Leadership, scheduling, recruiting, or caregiver management experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
  • Ability to pass all required background screenings.

## Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel throughout the Fort Worth area for client and caregiver visits.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed.
  • Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend on-call responsibilities.
