Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Fun Play ABA Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. We provide assent-based, compassionate ABA therapy that empowers children while respecting their autonomy, dignity, and individual strengths. Our mission is to create meaningful, socially significant outcomes by partnering with families and delivering evidence-based, ethical services.

As a BCBA, you will provide clinical leadership by conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), training caregivers, and collaborating with interdisciplinary professionals to ensure exceptional client outcomes. We are committed to supporting our clinicians with manageable caseloads, collaborative leadership, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), skills assessments, and reassessments.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Analyze client data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
  • Provide parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization across environments.
  • Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and clinical documentation accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with families, physicians, educators, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, Medicaid, and payer requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education.
  • Support the growth of a positive, collaborative, and compassionate clinical culture.

Qualifications

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • State licensure, where applicable.
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Reliable transportation for travel to client locations, if required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing assent-based or compassionate ABA therapy.
  • Experience in home, clinic, school, and community-based settings.
  • Experience using CentralReach or other electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
