Spa By The Sea at Kaʻanapali, is seeking a professional and dependable Licensed Massage Therapist to join our small day-spa team at Marriott’s Maui Ocean Club in Lahaina.
We are a locally operated spa providing massage and wellness services to resort guests and Maui residents. Because we are a small spa, we are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a close team and takes pride in providing warm, attentive and professional guest service.
The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing high-quality massage treatments in accordance with Hawaiʻi licensing requirements, spa procedures, and professional standards. The ideal candidate is personable, reliable, comfortable working independently, and able to create a relaxing and welcoming experience for each guest.

Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our small teams of independent day spa located on a large Kaanapali Resort. As a Massage Therapist, you will tailor massage treatments to your guest's individual needs and health goals.
The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in a variety of massage styles, possess a deep knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, and work well as part of our small wellness team.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage and body treatments
- Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals
Qualifications
- Hold current state license and liability insurance to practice massage therapy
- Capable of performing deep tissue, Swedish, and lomilomi
- Strongly service oriented with an ability to communicate effectively with clients in a one-on-one setting
- High level of ethics and integrity.
