Job Summary: We're looking for a Customer Relations Coordinator (CRC), someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is ready to grow with our company. You’ll be a primary point of contact for homeowners building long-term relationships through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service Review project expectations and final scope of work with homeowners Present and sell project upgrades and add-on services Move projects into production while delivering an exceptional homeowner experience No construction experience is required. We provide comprehensive training on the technical aspects of the role. Qualifications

3-5 years of high-volume outbound phone sales experience, strongly preferred Strong closing skills and a track record of exceeding sales goals Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
