## About the Role

We’re hiring a Growth Product Marketing Manager to help drive growth across key parts of Chime’s member funnel. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Lifecycle teams to identify opportunities, execute experiments, and improve the member experience from acquisition through activation.

Growth Marketing Managers at Chime combine strong marketing fundamentals with a data-driven mindset. You’ll use research, experimentation, and performance insights to help optimize growth initiatives, improve conversion, and contribute to business goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning through experimentation, and making a measurable impact on member growth.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $131,000.00 and up to $181,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

## In this role, you can expect to

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Lifecycle teams to drive growth initiatives across acquisition, conversion, activation, and early retention.
  • Analyze funnel performance, customer behavior, and experiment results to identify opportunities that improve member growth and business outcomes.
  • Develop, launch, and measure experiments across marketing, onboarding, and product experiences, using data and insights to inform future optimization efforts.
  • Support quarterly planning by identifying growth opportunities, sizing potential impact, and contributing recommendations to the team roadmap.
  • Create and optimize messaging, offers, and member experiences across owned and paid channels to improve performance and engagement.
  • Partner with Lifecycle teams to deliver cohesive member journeys from acquisition through onboarding and early retention.
  • Communicate results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, helping teams make informed decisions and prioritize growth opportunities.

## To thrive in this role, you have

  • 4–6+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related role.
  • Experience developing and executing growth strategies, experiments, or campaigns that drove measurable improvements in acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, or engagement.
  • Strong product marketing fundamentals, including customer research, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Lifecycle teams to launch and optimize member experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and make recommendations.
  • Ability to translate customer insights and business objectives into compelling messaging, offers, and user experiences.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
