Nurse-RN/LPN at Life Balance LLC — Mona, UT

Life Balance Recovery is seeking a Nurse (RN or LPN) OR a Medication Technician (Med Tech) to support our Medical Director and clinical team in a 14 bed residential treatment setting. This role is focused on safe medication management, client support, and coordination with medical and clinical staff.

We welcome applicants with different levels of medical training and will determine final role responsibilities based on licensure, experience, and program needs.

Responsibilities

Administer and assist with routine medication passes as prescribed

Follow Medication Administration Records (MARs) accurately and consistently

Maintain medication counts, logs, and secure storage

Observe and report medication effects or side effects to appropriate clinical staff

Support clients with medication education as directed

Communicate clearly with residential staff, clinicians, and the Medical Director

Maintain confidentiality and compliance with program policies and state regulations

Qualifications

For Nurse Applicants (RN/LPN):

• Active Utah RN or LPN license in good standing
• Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or residential care preferred

For Medication Technician Applicants:

• Medication Technician certification (or ability to obtain per state requirements)
• Experience in medication administration preferred (residential, assisted living, or healthcare setting)
