- Hands-on expertise operating and configuring transmission facility hardware, including LiveU systems, satellite receivers, antennas, IP/ASI encoders and decoders, and IP and SDI video plant routers.
- Strong knowledge of operational technology within a 24/7 television or broadcast facility.
- Effective presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain project plans, budgets, procedures, risks, and technical recommendations to a range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, PowerPoint, and Teams, as well as other collaborative platforms.
- A highly organized and detail-oriented approach, with strong follow-through and a solutions-focused mindset for troubleshooting and workflow improvement.
- Trust: You take ownership of commitments, make sound decisions, and support reliable operations.
- Teamwork: You build productive partnerships across Engineering, Production, Distribution, and vendor teams.
- Transparency: You communicate status, risks, costs, and recommendations clearly and directly.
- Agility: You adapt effectively to evolving broadcast, streaming, and operational technology needs.
