Assembler & Shipping Clerk

Join Technomark as an Assembler & Shipping Clerk and take on a hands-on role where every day brings variety. You’ll build, inspect, and test quality products, prepare customer shipments using UPS and FedEx software, and help keep inventory and stock areas organized and running smoothly. Pay: $17.00-$19.00/hour depending on experience

Days: Monday-Friday

Hours 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Location: Minnetonka, MN

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assemble, inspect, and test quality products using blueprints, work instructions, and production standards.
  • Spot issues, document work accurately, and help keep production moving smoothly.
  • Pack and prepare customer shipments with accurate labels, paperwork, compliance documents, and carrier coordination.
  • Confirm order accuracy, follow customer shipping requirements, and route paperwork to the right locations.
  • Keep inventory organized by stocking supplies, pulling bins, picking finished goods, and verifying components.
  • Take pride in a clean, safe, and organized work area while following company procedures and safety practices.

Essential Job Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: 6 months - 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, reach, handle parts, communicate, and occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must be able to regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 40 lbs.; requires close, distance, color, and peripheral vision with the ability to adjust focus.
