What You'll Do

  • Deliver an exceptional and professional customer experience at every interaction.
  • Welcome guests and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up processes.
  • Safely transport customer, service loaner, and dealership vehicles throughout the dealership and designated locations.
  • Maintain customer appointments and assist with scheduling needs.
  • Complete vehicle walk-arounds and condition inspections with attention to detail.
  • Assist customers with paperwork and explain dealership processes in a clear and professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintain departmental records.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, service advisors, and dealership leadership.
  • Support vehicle inventory movement and organization across the dealership.
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products and services.
  • Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Follow all dealership safety procedures and operational standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
  • Flexible team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
  • Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and dealership technology.
