What You'll Do
- Deliver an exceptional and professional customer experience at every interaction.
- Welcome guests and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up processes.
- Safely transport customer, service loaner, and dealership vehicles throughout the dealership and designated locations.
- Maintain customer appointments and assist with scheduling needs.
- Complete vehicle walk-arounds and condition inspections with attention to detail.
- Assist customers with paperwork and explain dealership processes in a clear and professional manner.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain departmental records.
- Communicate effectively with customers, service advisors, and dealership leadership.
- Support vehicle inventory movement and organization across the dealership.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products and services.
- Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and operational standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Flexible team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
- Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and dealership technology.
