Position Summary

We are currently hiring Part-Time CNAs and Caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care throughout Central Arkansas.

Typical shifts include:

  • 2, 4, 6, or 8-hour shifts
  • Morning and evneing hours
  • Monday-Friday with occasional weekend availability preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry
  • Assist with medication reminders
  • Transport clients to appointments and errands
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
  • Observe and report changes in clients' condition
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
  • Create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Qualifications

  • CNA certification preferred but not required for caregiver positions
  • Previous home care, assisted living, or long-term care experience preferred
  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Able to safely assist clients with mobility and transfers
  • Comfortable working around cats and dogs
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and current auto insurance
  • Must pass background screening

$500 Sign-On Bonus after 90-day probation
