Key Responsibilities

• Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and daily routines
• Maintain a structured, organized, and engaging classroom environment
• Support children in building independence, problem‐solving, and social‐emotional skills
• Communicate effectively with families and team members
• Observe, document, and assess child progress
• Ensure health, safety, and licensing standards are consistently met
• Collaborate with co‐teachers to plan activities, transitions, and classroom systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of early childhood development and age‐appropriate practices
• Ability to manage a busy classroom with confidence and consistency
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Flexibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude
• Reliable attendance and time management
• Experience in childcare or early education preferred
• Ability to build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
