- Pay: Up to $45 flat rate depending on experience and certifications.

What You'll Do
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose cause of malfunction.
- Road test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
- Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.
- Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary and required training.
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years experience as an Mopar Technician required.
- Ability to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles efficiently while delivering quality expertise.
- Operate a wide variety of cars, trucks and vans with the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality repairs.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
