Full job description

Works to ensure offices, hallways, grounds, target apartments and common areas, and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

You will work at our Park Towne Premier Apartment Homes located in the Museum District neighborhood, of Philadelphia, PA.

A bit more about what you’ll do...

  • With minimal direction, works to ensure offices, amenity spaces, hallways, models, target apartments, and other specified areas are kept in a lean and orderly condition. Could involve grounds area and trash receptable spaces.
  • With minimal direction, and in a professional manner, complete resident-requested services and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to residents and team members regarding planned and completed tasks.
  • Understand and follow local and corporate company Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Responsible for seeking education opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.
  • High school eduction or equivalent.
  • No experience necessary.
  • Must be willing to learn tasks where needed.

Standard union rate at $18.99 per hour. Rate will increase to $20.04 per hour upon the six-month anniversary. Standard scheduled rate increases apply based on Collective Bargaining Agreement.

The schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 7:00am to 3:30pm.

The benefits included with this position are based off the Collective Bargaining Agreement standards.
