Warehouse Manager / Customer Service & Furniture Repair

Join our family-owned Ashley Furniture store and work directly alongside ownership in a friendly, supportive environment. This is a hands-on role for a dependable, self-motivated person who enjoys helping customers, leading a team, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain a clean, bright, and efficient warehouse
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming freight
• Assemble furniture and assist with moving heavy merchandise
• Coordinate and manage delivery personnel
• Answer customer calls and provide friendly, professional service
• Diagnose furniture concerns and determine repair needs
• Order, receive, and track replacement parts
• Schedule and complete furniture repairs

What We're Looking For

• Able to safely lift and move heavy furniture
• Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
• Comfortable working with customers and staff
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to learn - on-the-job training is provided
• Furniture, warehouse, delivery, or repair experience is helpful but not required
