Job Summary
The Agent Success III will be responsible for sales and revenue for their specific assigned agents/agencies. This role will track and manage weekly KPI’s including phone times, new agent follow up, and activation rates specifically set for them.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide Marketing/Sales Support to agents/agencies
- Build relationships for continued success with agents/agencies
- Have a full understanding of Carriers and products that are being supported through the role
- Ability to communicate the advantages of doing business with Integrity, Carriers and products that are supported by role
- Provide input and support on new product and sales processes
- Achieve KPI’s on a weekly basis to strive for company goals
- Support Agent Success VP in defining department strategy for sales and success
- Work with other Agent Success Managers in other departments to maximize the overall company value
- Continue to educate yourself on the industry
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team.
Primary Skills & Requirements
- High School or equivalent
- 4-6 years of sales experience or related experience
- Previous experience in insurance, finance, or a related field preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
- Ability to present sales and training materials effectively to large groups in person, over the phone, and via virtual platforms
- Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
