Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team! As a Cleaner, you will attend to our facility with integrity and attention to detail. Your goal is to create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and guests, ensuring they will want to return again and again. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in their work. This position requires weekends or at minimum every other weekend. Shifts are early morning from 6:30am-10am.

Responsibilities

• Perform various cleaning activities, including sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
• Sanitize tables and chairs, help with hall set up and tear down
• Monitor, clean, and disinfect bathrooms
• Empty trash receptacles, inside and outside
• Strictly adhere to and enforce safety rules and regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a janitor, housekeeper, or cleaner preferred
• Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Friendly, customer-oriented personality
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
• Able to work quickly without compromising quality
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds, shoveling snow, and standing for long periods
