*The Role*
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven *Senior Sales Representative* to hunt for new business and expand major accounts within our Wind Energy segment. This is a technical, consultative B2B sales role requiring a professional who is comfortable navigating long sales cycles and building relationships with multiple stakeholders—from wind farm owners and operators to OEMs and major EPC contractors.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Drive Business Growth:* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, pursue, and close new business while expanding existing key accounts.
- *Manage the Full Sales Cycle:* Lead prospecting efforts, conduct technical sales presentations (in-person and virtual), issue quotes, manage contract negotiations, and close deals.
- *Client Relationship Management:* Act as a trusted advisor to wind turbine OEMs, EPC contractors, developers, and O&M service providers regarding FAA compliance and system solutions.
- *Data-Driven Execution (Salesforce):* Maintain total data accuracy in Salesforce CRM. Use it daily as your system of record to manage leads, log communications, update sales stages, and provide precise weekly pipeline and monthly revenue forecasts.
- *Industry Presence & Travel:* Represent TWR Lighting at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer sites. Travel requirement is approximately 50%.
*Qualifications*
*Required (Must-Haves):*
- *Experience:* 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, specifically selling technical, engineered, or industrial products.
- *CRM Mastery:* Proficient, daily experience using *Salesforce CRM* for rigorous pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- *The "Hunter" Mindset:* A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas by proactively generating your own pipeline and winning net-new business.
- *Travel:* Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
- *Skills:* Elite communication, presentation, and contract negotiation skills.
*Preferred (Nice-to-Haves):*
- Direct sales experience or existing relationships within *wind energy, renewables, EPC contractors, developers, or infrastructure markets*.
- Experience with obstruction/aviation lighting, industrial electrical equipment, or controls systems.
- Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA).
- English fluency is required; Spanish proficiency is highly preferred to support international growth initiatives.
