B2B Sales and Marketing Internship (Summer 2026)

*Sales Intern (Print & Business Solutions)*

We are looking for a motivated, energetic Sales Intern to help grow our print business by building relationships with local businesses and generating new print orders. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, networking, and being out in the community.

Our store has strong production capacity and can fulfill a wide range of print jobs — from everyday business materials to large-format projects. We need someone focused on bringing in business and creating opportunities.

*Responsibilities:*

• Prospect and visit local businesses to introduce our printing and business services
• Build relationships with business owners, office managers, realtors, contractors, restaurants, schools, and other organizations with recurring print needs
• Identify opportunities for print projects including banners, flyers, blueprints, posters, business cards, menus, presentations, signs, laminated materials, binding, and other custom print jobs
• Distribute marketing materials and explain service capabilities
• Collect leads, contact information, and customer needs for follow-up
• Generate quotes and help convert prospects into customers
• Help grow recurring business accounts and long-term customer relationships
• Represent the The UPS Store brand professionally in the local market

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with cold outreach
• Sales-minded with a “go-getter” mentality
• Comfortable walking, networking, and visiting multiple businesses daily
• Organized and able to track leads and opportunities
• Professional appearance and attitude

*Preferred (but not required):*

• Sales, marketing, or customer service experience
• Interest in business development or entrepreneurship
• Familiarity with print products or business services
