Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated *Inside Sales Representative* to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to build rapport will be essential as you identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and foster long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects and clients through outbound calls, text messages, and emails to promote products and services while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
• Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, gathering relevant information, and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Assist customers by presenting and explaining available financing options and helping guide them through the financing process.
• Follow up with leads, proposals, and financing applications to move opportunities through the sales pipeline and increase conversions.
• Work toward achieving weekly sales goals and closing sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, financing information, and sales activities using CRM systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for expanding the client base and increasing sales opportunities.
• Assist with administrative duties, including data entry, order processing, and updating customer information in company databases.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and communication.

Qualifications & Skills

• *Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).*
• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, call center, or client services is preferred.
• Strong sales acumen and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable discussing financing options and explaining payment solutions to customers.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Professional phone etiquette and confidence with outbound calling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
