We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of generating revenue, building client relationships, and closing commercial service contracts.
Position Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and securing recurring service contracts and project work.
This is a high-impact role for a motivated sales professional who thrives on prospecting, networking, relationship-building, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate has experience selling B2B services, facilities maintenance, construction services, commercial landscaping, property services, or related industries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, owners, asset managers, and commercial decision-makers.
- Prospect through networking, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings throughout assigned territories.
- Identify opportunities for recurring maintenance contracts and enhancement projects.
- Prepare and present proposals in collaboration with operations and account management teams.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
- Work closely with Account Managers to expand services within existing accounts.
- Represent ProLink Solutions professionally and strengthen the company's market presence.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proven track record of generating new business revenue.
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
Preferred
- Experience selling commercial services, facilities maintenance, landscaping, construction, janitorial, pressure washing, HVAC, roofing, property management services, or similar industries.
- Existing relationships within the commercial real estate, property management, retail, restaurant, healthcare, or industrial sectors.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
Compensation
*Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses*
Compensation will be based on experience and proven sales performance.
Top performers will have the opportunity to earn significant uncapped commissions while helping build one of Texas' fastest-growing facility maintenance companies.
