TerraImm is looking for a driven Account Executive to be the first point of contact for individuals starting their immigration journey. You’ll help clients navigate our services, build relationships, and contribute directly to our growth.

What You’ll Do

Connect with prospective clients via phone, email, digital platforms, and in person Explain TerraImm’s services clearly and compassionately while assessing client needs Qualify leads and schedule consultations based on eligibility

Follow up consistently to ensure a smooth transition to Customer Service Represent TerraImm at community events and outreach activities

What We’re Looking For

Experience in sales or customer service

Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools English - Preferred Spanish - Required Professional, empathetic, and goal-driven mindset
