Licensed Sales Representative

*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication, negotiation, and customer service. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. A successful Sales Representative will possess strong sales administration skills and have experience in telemarketing or outside sales.

*Duties*

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain products and services, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Stay informed about industry developments, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

*Qualifications*

• Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong skills in sales administration, telemarketing, and outside sales techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Experience in insurance sales is a plus but not required.
