Blu Brands Group is a rapidly growing food and beverage distributor serving convenience stores, supermarkets, independent retailers, and distributors throughout Texas and across the United States.

We are looking for an energetic and motivated *DSD Sales Representative* to manage and grow an established sales route. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships with customers, increasing sales, identifying new opportunities, and working independently in the field.

This is a commission-based opportunity with significant earning potential for individuals who are driven by results and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Service and grow an assigned route of retail accounts.
• Build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and buyers.
• Generate orders and increase sales within existing accounts.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked.
• Identify opportunities for new product placements and promotions.
• Open new accounts within the assigned territory.
• Monitor inventory levels and help prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
• Represent Blu Brands Group professionally in the marketplace.

✅ Fluent Spanish (Required)

✅ Intermediate English or higher (Required)

✅ Valid Driver’s License (Required)

✅ Legal Authorization to Work in the United States (Required)

✅ Ability to lift and move product when servicing accounts

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales experience.
• DSD (Direct Store Delivery) experience is a plus.
• Experience in food, beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, or distribution is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage a route effectively.

Compensation

*Commission-Based Position*

Compensation is based on sales performance and route growth.

High-performing representatives have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings by growing existing accounts and opening new business.

*Important*

This position combines *sales, merchandising, delivery support, customer service, and physical route work*. Candidates should be comfortable with both relationship-building and hands-on product handling throughout the day.

• Are you fluent in Spanish?
• Do you speak English at an intermediate level or higher?
• Are you comfortable working in a commission-based sales position?
• Are you able to regularly lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs?
• Are you comfortable loading and unloading products from a company vehicle?
• Are you comfortable spending most of the workday visiting retail stores and servicing accounts?
• Do you have previous sales, route sales, merchandising, or DSD experience?
