What You’ll Actually Do :

• Onboarding and training new reps
• Weekly sales trainings and goal setting
• Weekly leadership meetings
• Perfect your craft and replicate yourself
• Run our streamlined consultation process.
• Design custom solar solutions that include panels, batteries, and when needed, HVAC, Windows, Security, Roofing
• Close deals and help families start saving money immediately.
