We are seeking a passionate and motivated Business-to-Business Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that drive business success.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and qualify potential business clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Money-driven and goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for achieving results.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: $27,624.00 - $100,000.00 per year
