Retail Sales Associate/Delivery

*Job Overview* We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Retail Sales/ Delivery Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely deliveries. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism, with an emphasis on teamwork and communication.

*Responsibilities*

• Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles, including manual transmission models, to deliver products to customers and clients.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes, adhering to schedules and traffic regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries by maintaining professionalism and addressing customer inquiries courteously.
• Assist with warehouse operations as needed, including moving inventory and organizing stock for delivery.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety standards are met.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch or supervisors regarding delivery status or issues.
• Follow all safety protocols related to driving, loading/unloading, and warehouse procedures.

*Requirements*

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating a driver vehicle preferred.
• Proven delivery driver experience, especially with route driving in a courier or logistics setting.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving of goods safely and efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices for commercial vehicles.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
• Prior experience with box trucks or similar commercial vehicles is desirable.
