Job Title: Retail Sales & Customer Service Representative Location: Various Retail Store Locations Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Position Summary
We are seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Sales & Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will engage with shoppers in a retail environment, educate them about available energy plans, and help them select the best option for their household needs. The ideal candidate is outgoing, sales-driven, and enjoys interacting with people in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Approach and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Educate customers on available electricity and energy plan options.
- Explain pricing, contract terms, promotions, and plan benefits.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable energy solutions.
- Process enrollments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive customer experience from initial interaction through enrollment.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales booth or kiosk area.
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous sales, retail, customer service, or promotional marketing experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer and tablet proficiency.
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.
Preferred Skills
- Retail sales experience.
- Experience working with energy, telecommunications, or subscription-based services.
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.

Work Environment

Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per week
