*Job Summary:*

Employed by Jam’N Products Inc., to serve customers by selling products; meeting customer needs. Responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of information and follow-up for existing and prospective customers. Performs a variety of clerical and administrative activities to support the sales staff.

*Tasks, Responsibilities, and Requirements:*

• Works existing accounts, sells our products, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
• Call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Tailor sales presentations by learning/understanding the type of sales account.
• Custom design quote sheets for customers, adapting them to individual needs.
• Submits orders to Operations & Finance via sales/shipping forms.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new items, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Recommend improvements in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, follow-up by preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Continually update historical reports by maintaining records on customers and prospects-within company contact files.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Meet quota requirements
• Work hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:30pm, Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
• Travel to Trade Shows
• Ability to work weekends as needed.
• Must be Bilingual - English and Spanish

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
