Full job description

Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Company is seeking a seasoned D365 F&O DevOps Lead to serve as a player/coach leading a blended team of internal developers and offshore resources. This role is responsible for the full software development lifecycle within our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment, including the design, development, testing, and promotion of custom code supporting D365 core functionality, third-party integrations, and embedded ISV modules. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who sets the standard for development quality, establishes team policies and procedures, mentors developers at all levels, and partners closely with business stakeholders to deliver solutions that maximize the value of standard D365 functionality while minimizing long-term sustainability burdens.
