*Job Summary*
Houston Imagery Studio is seeking a confident, energetic, and people-focused Client Booking Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of connection for potential clients, helping guide conversations, build excitement around the studio experience, and confidently turn warm leads into booked appointments.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and enjoys communicating with people throughout the day. The ideal candidate is strong on the phone, organized, outgoing, and comfortable handling follow-ups, overcoming objections, and creating a high-end client experience from the very first interaction.
This position plays a major role in the growth of the studio and is perfect for someone who enjoys sales, relationship-building, customer communication, and being part of a positive, energetic team culture. In addition to booking and client communication, this role also helps support the day-to-day studio environment by assisting with studio prep, organization, social media support, and light operational tasks to help keep the studio running smoothly and professionally.
*Responsibilities*
- Engage with warm leads through outbound calling, follow-ups, texting, and messaging to guide clients through the booking process
- Build strong client relationships while creating excitement around the Houston Imagery Studio experience
- Confidently secure bookings and collect reservation fees over the phone
- Utilize CRM software to manage client information, booking notes, follow-ups, and communication history accurately
- Coordinate schedules and booking availability with the studio team
- Handle client questions and objections professionally while maintaining a positive and welcoming tone
- Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversions and booking opportunities
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities to upgrade experiences or increase bookings
- Help maintain a smooth, organized, luxury client experience from first contact to confirmed booking
- Assist with studio preparation, light cleaning, organization, and maintaining a polished studio environment
- Help support social media communication, behind-the-scenes content, simple posting, and client interaction online when needed
- Support the team with light administrative and in-studio operational tasks as needed
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in inside sales, appointment setting, customer service, phone sales, or lead conversion preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling follow-up conversations throughout the shift
- Positive, energetic, and professional phone presence
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling objections and confidently asking for the booking
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar systems is a plus
- Comfortable appearing in or helping create simple social media content is a plus
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in-person at the studio
- Self-motivated, coachable, and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to help support studio organization and preparation as part of the team environment
