Sales Manager – GEI Plumbing Services (Houston, TX)

GEI Plumbing Services is a growing plumbing company serving Houston and the surrounding areas within a one-hour radius. We work with both residential and commercial clients with the majority of our business coming from homeowners who trust us to get the job done right.

We're a team of 10-15 : 8 field vans, a Field Manager, office staff, operations management ext. We're looking for a Sales Manager who can bring structure, accountability, and growth to our sales operation, someone who has done this before and can show it.

*Duties*

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and improve lead-to-booking conversion rates
• Lead and support the sales team, working closely with the Field Manager and office staff to maximize scheduling and van utilization
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients
• Manage inbound leads and ensure timely follow-up across all service areas
• Track sales activity and performance using CRM tools, and report results to ownership
• Identify opportunities to grow the client base through referrals, outreach, and community presence
• Oversee estimates, proposals, and contract negotiations

*Qualifications*

• Proven experience in sales management, ideally in home services, plumbing, or a related trade
• A strong track record you can speak to, we will ask for references
• Experience managing or coordinating a team in a field-service environment is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking leads and performance
• Excellent communication and follow-through skills
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to handle both residential and light commercial accounts
• Based in or familiar with the Houston area

Pay: $63,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
