*Summary*

We are seeking a full time motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Home Source Furniture. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional customer service while showcasing our unique furniture collection. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for quality and style in home furnishings. *Compensation is hourly plus commission.*

*Responsibilities*

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos.
• Utilize POS systems for processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage inventory levels by restocking merchandise and maintaining organized displays.
• Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly while ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, fostering long-term relationships.

*Requirements*

• Proven experience in sales or retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
• Ability to demonstrate products effectively and engage customers in conversation.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
