Granite/Quartz slabs Sales Representative

*Job Summary* We are seeking an *Experienced* and enthusiastic *Sales Representative for Natural and Engineered stone Slabs *to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients. *This role involves engaging with customers in a retail environment, demonstrating products, willing to travel in and around Texas* and utilizing retail math skills to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

*Duties*

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest.
• Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash registers for processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product offerings, and store layout to assist customers effectively.
• Supervise junior sales staff as needed, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
• Ensure the retail space is organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise at all times.

*Qualifications*

• *With 2-4 years experience in sales of Natural and Engineered stone Slabs *
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively with *A bilingual English and Spanish will be a deal breaker*
• *A valid Drivers licence with a clean driving record*
• *Experience with Builders/ GCs/ Construction Project orders for Natural Stone and Quartz slabs will be a deal breaker *
• Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Experience with POS systems and cash register operations is preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate products effectively, capturing customer interest and driving sales.
• A proactive approach to upselling products while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Supervisory experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
