*Job Summary* We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee and enhance our sales operations within a designated region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both retail and technical sales, with a proven track record in territory management and customer service. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage relationships, analyze market trends, and drive sales growth through upselling strategies.
*Responsibilities*
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Manage day-to-day operations of territory sales, ensuring effective execution of company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for upselling products and services.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the territory.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that align with customer needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular visits to clients, providing technical support and product demonstrations as needed.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions for management review.
*Experience*
- Proven experience in territory management or outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong background in retail sales with an emphasis on technical products is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Experience in upselling techniques and developing long-term client relationships is essential.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
