- The Merchandise Admin supports QVC and HSN, and our day-to-day administrative functions. This opportunity allows you to contribute directly to the success of our merchandising operations, ensuring seamless processes and supporting our exceptional customer experiences.
Where You'll Work
- This role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, or DE. This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester, PA location as needed.
What You'll Do
- Supports buying teams by creating items and purchase orders, reviewing and correcting data, and performing essential data entry functions.
- Manages product data uploads, transfers, and inputs to build items and maintain accurate purchase orders.
- Ensure seasonal readiness by executing promotional pricing accurately and within required timeframes.
- Collaborates with internal teams to respond to time-sensitive requests, provide thorough execution, communicate updates, and escalate issues as needed.
- Works independently and as part of a team, adapting to the needs of each task or request.
- Provides troubleshooting and support to Omni-Buying, cross-functional teams, and buyers.
What You'll Bring
- Proficiency in PC and network systems (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to execute tasks quickly and accurately in a dynamic, multi-platform environment
- Effective decision-making and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving settings
- Customer-focused mindset
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, including remote work
- Minimum Education: High School Graduate – GED
- Preferred Experience: Retail, Customer Service, or related experience
- Preferred Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in communication, Merchandising, Buying, Customer Experience & Service, Operations, or related field
