Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, document management, scheduling activities, and administrative processes. This entry-level position is designed for individuals interested in developing professional experience in office administration, business support, customer communication, and operational coordination.
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in maintaining efficient workflows, accurate records, and organized administrative systems while supporting multiple departments across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for daily office operations
- Prepare, organize, and maintain business records and documentation
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and internal events
- Answer incoming calls and assist with general inquiries
- Draft correspondence, reports, and administrative materials
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Enter and update information within company databases
- Coordinate office communications and document distribution
- Monitor office supplies and assist with inventory organization
- Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
