Position Overview

Woodlands Water Restoration is seeking a highly motivated and energetic *Account Manager / Business Development Manager* to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship building, business-to-business marketing, networking, and creating opportunities for business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and representing our company within the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, contractors, and other referral partners.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face visits with current and prospective clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and partner communications.
  • Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Represent Woodlands Water Restoration professionally and positively in the marketplace.
  • Meet and exceed monthly business development goals.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, account management, marketing, or business development preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Restoration, construction, insurance, or plumbing industry experience is a plus but not required.
