We Hire at Two Levels

• Setters (perfect for fresh go-getters): connect with homeowners, collect a recent power bill, qualify them, and set the appointment. You earn on every deal that closes — and you learn the entire business while you do it.
• Closers (for experienced solar pros): run your own deals start to finish on a platform built to support you, and keep a commission most companies won't come close to matching.

You'll Do Well Here If You Are

• Disciplined, coachable, and self-driven.
• A strong communicator who genuinely likes people.
• Hungry to earn more by working smarter and harder — not waiting on a paycheck.
• Equipped with a phone/computer and reliable transportation.
• Experienced in solar or sales (a plus) — or a beginner with grit (we'll train you).
