Surge is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting and generate qualified opportunities for our growing sales organization. We're looking for someone who is confident on the phone, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven ability to build relationships and create new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email, and strategic outreach.
- Qualify prospective customers and identify decision-makers.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records and activity within CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a similar outbound sales role.
- Proven success with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Strong communication, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities independently.
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms is preferred.
