This individual will support clinical biomarker discovery by profiling clinical and preclinical samples using single-cell and spatial omics approaches to better understand drug mechanisms of action and pharmacodynamics, while helping drive data-informed patient selection strategies. The role will contribute to drug development programs across inflammatory and autoimmune disease areas, including Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, and Fibrosis, spanning late-stage discovery through clinical trials. The successful candidate will join a growing translational research group and collaborate with cross-functional teams both internally and externally.

- Stay at the forefront of the single-cell and spatial genomics field by surveying, evaluating, testing and validating novel scientific methodologies.
- Present work plans and acquired data clearly and precisely to cross-functional stakeholders through formal written reports and verbal updates.
- B.S. & typically 7+ years, M.S. & typically 5+ years of relevant industrial biotechnology experience in Immunology, cell & molecular biology, pharmacology, pathology, or other relevant biological sciences.
- Broad technical expertise in molecular and cell biology assays, with specialization in scRNA-seq, CITE-seq, and snRNA-seq across blood and tissue samples.
- Expertise in executing spatial omics experiments using CosMx, Xenium, and Visium platforms, integrated with deep expertise in molecular pathology techniques such as IHC and ISH.
