Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing busines and retain and services our clients in the specified region.
Responsibilities
- Generates and develops new business to meet specified production goals.
- Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships.
- Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC Services, Excavation and Fireplace Services
- Provides timely and accurate reports as required
- Attends and participates in business/trade events that impact business unit.
- Attends and participates in team strategic sales meetings.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
-Experience with HOA's is a plus
-Proven experience in sales and customer relations
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Proven track record of successful sales performance
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Business development mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities
