*\*\* This is a hunter-and-closer position \*\** *\*\* Must live in the Houston area \*\**
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Account Executive to expand our physician network throughout the State of Texas.
This is an outside sales role focused on developing relationships with:
- Family Practice
- Internal Medicine
- Pediatrics
- ENT
- Multi-Provider Independent Groups
The ideal candidate already has established relationships with physicians and office decision-makers and understands how to navigate private practice environments.

*Responsibilities*
- Develop and manage physician relationships throughout the State of Texas
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with providers and office administrators
- Present Bird Dog Pharma’s in-office allergy and laboratory solutions
- Coordinate onboarding and implementation for new clinic partners
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with accounts
- Collaborate with internal operations and clinical support teams
*Qualifications*
- Previous medical sales experience\* (required)
- Existing physician relationships\* (required)
- Experience selling laboratory, diagnostic, allergy, or ancillary services is highly valued
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Professional appearance and presentation skills
*Compensation*
- 1099 independent contractor position
- Base salary + highly competitive commission structure
- Significant earning potential for high performers

Pay: $60,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
