If you're already successful in roofing sales and you're ready for the next step, Thrive Roofing Co. wants to talk.

We're looking for experienced roofing sales professionals who can produce at a high level, lead by example, and help develop a small team of sales reps.

As a Team Lead, you'll continue selling in your own territory while mentoring and supporting up to five Sales Representatives. You'll earn commissions on your own production plus team overrides on your team's sales.

What You'll Do

Personal Production

Canvass assigned neighborhoods

Inspect roofs for storm damage

Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process

Secure signed contingency agreements

Meet with insurance adjusters

Complete project scopes using company tools

Lead homeowner meetings

Submit complete job documentation

Maintain customer communication throughout the project

Collect customer payments

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor up to five Sales Representatives

Help onboard and train new teammates

Ride along and provide field coaching

Share best practices and sales strategies

Support accountability and performance within your team

Lead by example through personal production and professionalism

Proven success in roofing sales

Ability to follow and reinforce structured systems

Strong organization and follow-through

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation

Team Leads can realistically earn $200,000-$350,000 through:

Guaranteed onboarding pay
