B2B Sales Representative

Emerald Marketing is growing and looking for motivated, driven individuals to join our team as B2B Sales Representatives. This is an in-person sales role where you’ll work directly with local business owners, build real relationships, uncover their needs, and deliver solutions that help them grow.

*What You’ll Do:*

• Meet in-person with local business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs
• Build and maintain relationships that turn into long-term business partnerships
• Generate new opportunities through in-person outreach, referrals, and networking
• Present products and services clearly and confidently in face-to-face meetings
• Manage your own pipeline and stay on track with weekly/monthly goals
• Collaborate with your team to improve strategy and performance
• Provide a high level of service to ensure long-term client success

• Strong communication skills and comfort with in-person conversations
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven mindset
• Professional presence and ability to represent the company in the field
• Reliable transportation for daily in-person meetings
• Quick learner who can adapt and handle objections confidently
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
