Midwest Pump Works, a UFT Company, is hiring a high performing Outside Sales Team Lead to drive growth across the Green Bay and Northeast Wisconsin market. This is a player coach role, where you’ll actively sell while leading, coaching, and developing a team of sales professionals and service technicians. You’ll represent industry leading water and wastewater pumping equipment, lift stations, controls, and accessories, working directly with municipalities, contractors, engineers, and industrial customers. This position will require local travel throughout the assigned sales territory (Northeast Wisconsin). Occasional overnight travel will be required.
