*Position Overview:*

Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business and expand existing client relationships through proactive sales efforts. Leveraging your expertise in State Farm Insurance products, including life, property and casualty coverage, you will deliver tailored solutions that protect clients and contribute significantly to our agency's success.

*Key Sales Responsibilities: *

  • Proactively engage and convert prospective clients through strategic outreach and relationship building.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships to increase retention and cross-sell life, property and casualty insurance products.
  • Conduct needs-based reviews and present customized insurance solutions across life, property and casualty lines.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to overall agency growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and leverage marketing efforts effectively.

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Spanish speaking a plus Other P/C L/H

This position will be with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company ("State Farm"). Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs required for the position sought. You will sell, solicit, differentiate and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of your assigned or prospective customers’ portfolio. *Skills*

  • Proven working experience as an Insurance agent or relevant experience
  • Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc)
  • Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis
  • Proven ability to work with goals
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
  • High school or BS degree

Pay: $60,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
