Role Summary
The Classroom Facilitator delivers engaging, high-quality learning experiences that build capability and drive behavior change. This role focuses on facilitation excellence, learner engagement, and adapting content in real time to meet audience needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions across a variety of topics
- Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Adapt delivery style and pacing based on learner needs and feedback
- Partner with instructional designers to provide feedback on content effectiveness
- Manage classroom logistics and ensure smooth session execution
- Assess learner understanding and reinforce key concepts
- Coach learners and provide constructive feedback during and after sessions
What You Have
- 2–5+ years of facilitation or training experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to engage diverse audiences and manage group dynamics
- Comfort with both in-person and virtual delivery platforms
- Experience in adult learning environments preferred
- Demonstrates accountability and a creative, solution-focused mindset
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

- Learner confidence and skill application post-training
- Feedback from participants and stakeholders
What We Offer
AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance including:
- Expected pay rate of $85,000- $105,000 plus annual 10% target bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
