As a Membership Sales Professional, your primary focus will be growing our Unlimited Wash Membership Program, increasing customer retention, and driving revenue through exceptional customer interactions.

*WHAT YOU'LL DO*

*Drive Membership Sales & Revenue Growth*

This role is first and foremost a sales position.

You will:

• *Proactively engage customers and present membership options.*
• *Convert single-wash customers into recurring monthly members.*
• *Consistently achieve and exceed membership sales goals.*
• Build value by educating customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Plans.
• Upgrade existing members into premium wash packages.
• Promote gift cards, retail items, and additional services.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to maximize customer value.
• Participate in local marketing events and promotional campaigns.
• Create long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business.
• *Represent the IDS Express Car Wash brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.*

*Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences*

• Greet every customer with energy, confidence, and professionalism.
• Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist customers in selecting services that best meet their needs.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.
• Ensure every customer leaves with an outstanding experience.

*Support Daily Operations*

• Safely assist customers entering the wash tunnel.
• Follow all vehicle loading and preparation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including:
• Tunnel Area
• Vacuum Stations
• Pay Stations
• Restrooms
• Grounds and Property
• Process transactions accurately.
• Follow all company safety standards and operating procedures.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and move throughout the workday.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Work safely around moving vehicles and operating equipment.
• Perform in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
